Alumni

Being part of Social Anthropology doesn’t end when you graduate. We’re always keen to keep in touch with our alumni – to learn what you’re up to and to keep you informed of all our latest news! There are lots of different ways that you can stay in touch:

Events

We hold public events several times a year, and are always thrilled to see familiar faces in the audience. We are also active contributors to the University’s alumni programme. In 2009, Caroline Humphrey and Henrietta Moore’s talk on ‘Sex in the City’ was one of the highlights of the annual Alumni Weekend.

To get on our alumni mailing list, just email  cam.socanth.alumni@gmail.com with ‘Subscribe’ as the subject header – or follow us on Facebook!

Facebook

We now have our own Facebook page!

‘Like’ it, and you’ll be able to get all the latest info about Social Anthropology delivered to your News Feed. And you can also use our Wall and Discussion boards to get in touch with all the people you studied with at Cambridge. Sign up today – and don’t forget to recommend the page to any of your class-mates that you’re still in touch with!

Drop In!

It would be lovely to see you! Do come and visit us any time you’re passing through Cambridge; you will always find a warm welcome. We are also keen to host guest talks by former alumni, and to provide speakers for events at your businesses, schools, and societies.
