University Lectureship in Social Anthropology

Applications are invited for a University Lectureship in Social Anthropology, to start on 1st October 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter. The appointment made will be fixed term for 3 years and subject to a probationary period of two years. The closing date for applications is Monday 18 June 2018.

Application letters should include a statement of research interests and future research plans, and a summary of teaching experience and interests.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to submit a sample publication or piece of written work. Those invited for interview will be asked to make a short presentation followed by questions, and will have an interview with members of the Social Anthropology Department. 

Presentations and interviews will take place on Wednesday 27th and/or Thursday 28th June 2018.
