The William Wyse Bursary is intended for applicants who wish to pursue either the MPhil in Social Anthropology, the MPhil in Social Anthropological Research or the MRes programme in Social Anthropology.

The Bursary is tenable for the duration of the course.  The amount awarded is at the discretion of the Committee and is intended to assist students with fees and maintenance as set by the Student Registry.  

How to Apply

To be considered for the William Wyse Bursary, applicants must have applied online via the University’s Postgraduate Admissions Office for entry to either the MPhil in Social Anthropology, the MPhil in Social Anthropological Research or the MRes in Social Anthropology by the funding deadlineApplicants can also use the Student Funding Search and search for 'William Wyse" to find information about the Bursary.
