Guest Workshop with Emilie Munch Gregerson (co-founder of Ethnote)

This interactive workshop introduces participants to the data collection and processing platform Ethnote (www.ethnote.dk). They will learn how to use Ethnote to organise their data collection and -processing via templates, utilize its open-ended tagging-strategies, and to collaborate effectively, while retaining the flexibility of the ethnographic research process. Via hands-on examples, we will explore how the digital solution enables systematic workflows while maintaining the open-endedness of anthropological knowledge making. By the end of the workshop, participants will have practical experience using Ethnote to use in their research, as well as a broader understanding of how computational tools can be integrated into anthropological methods.
