Dr Sigrid Rausing, Editor of Granta and author of acclaimed memoirs Everything is Wonderful, based on her diaries from anthropological fieldwork on an Estonian collective farm in the early 1990s, and Mayhem, which is about living with addiction in the family, talks to Professor Caroline Humphrey about writing, memoir, and ethnography, and the ways in which the practice of anthropological fieldwork informs her own writing.
