Dr Anita Herle

Dr Herle's ongoing research explores a range of ethnographic, disciplinary and colonial contexts for collections cared for by MAA. Current research includes colour, exhibition-making,  nature/culture relations, and investigating museum objects as repositories of cultural and environmental knowledge. Her work is focused on the Pacific region, especially Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait, Australia).
