Dr Cornelia Sorabji CBE is a Counsellor on Strategy & External Expertise and in the Strategy Directorate/Research Analysts at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office of the Government.
Cornelia’s Cambridge PhD was about religion and national identity in pre-war Bosnia. She later joined the Foreign Office and will talk about what diplomacy is, some of its practices and how anthropology has helped her navigate a career in Whitehall and foreign affairs.
