During this talk, I will discuss a couple of projects I’ve been engaged in over the past 10 years that combine a focus on environmental knowledge and alternative educational strategies (in rural Alaska, Oaxaca, and East Anglia). And, we can explore together a new project that my colleague Olga Ulturgasheva and I are developing called ‘An anthropology or urgency: urgent anthropology?
