CUSAS Brown Bag Lunch
CUSAS is hosting Dr Maurizio Esposito La Rossa for a Brown Bag lunch, a space for staff members to informally speak to students about their career development, research interests, and the world of social anthropology. No sign-up required. Please find an abstract of the talk below:
Bringing together the general and the local in the ethnographic process: the example of a nomadic ethnography in Madagascar
In this discussion, I will introduce my research from the issue of how to present a general narrative of multi-sited fieldwork without betraying the thickness and dissonances of the local context.
Dr Esposito La Rossa is a Visiting Fellow in the Department of Anthropology at the LSE.https://www.lse.ac.uk/anthropology/people/Maurizio-Esposito-La-Rossa/Maurizio-Esposito-La-Rossa
